Go Beyond

Have you ever been in an almighty storm?

What looks like a divorce, an illness with a scary name, a loss of a loved one, bankruptcy, the list goes on … is actually an open door.

It completely shakes you upside down and sideways.  It blows your BS, your belief system (as Rev. Michael Beckwith says) to pieces.

It makes you grow in ways that you couldn’t even imagine before the storm began.

But I have found that when I can let the story go, embrace the faith that the storm insists on and forgive everything and everyone; the bitter becomes bittersweet and then turns into a treasure of glory.

I experienced bankruptcy and foreclosure in 2009.  I was blown out of the water.

I wrote this song the day that I decided to let go of the story and reclaim my sovereignty.

The currency of Heaven is constant and never fails.

May this song encourage you as you go beyond what may feel difficult in this moment.

I’d love to hear from you.  Leave me a comment below.  If you like the video, give it a thumbs up and pass it on to a friend.

Go Beyond

I have been interrupted by the banks of the river
I have been obstructed by the boulders of illusion
So I go beyond the banks, I go beyond the confines of this river bed
I go beyond the banks, I go beyond bankruptcy

I must flow, I am Infinite, I spend the currency of heaven

I have made a decision to let go of the old story
I have made a commitment to let love reign
So I go beyond the fear, I go beyond the patterns of my little mind
I go beyond the fear, I go beyond the systems of this little world

I must flow, I am Infinite, I spend the currency of heaven

I’m golden, I’m golden, I’m golden, I’m eternal

Sovereignty is calling, as I sprawl in the wonder
Sovereignty is my learning as I step into my power
So I go beyond the known, I go beyond the comfort of my cozy bed
I go beyond the known, I go beyond the old dreams of what has been

I must flow, I am Infinite
You must flow, you are Infinite
We must flow, we are Infinite
We spend the currency of heaven
