Today let’s start taking advantage of the mirror. What do you say to yourself when you’re in front of a mirror?
Every time you are in front of a mirror is a good time to build your self-esteem.
Your self-esteem is your number one asset. You are God expressed. The more you start seeing yourself as God sees you, the healthier and more powerful your expression is in the world. It’s easier for you to receive love and goodness. You start feeling sexier more alive and vivacious.
Strong self-esteem helps us to have confidence, so that we can walk through your fears and insecurities with grace & ‘dare greatly,’ as Brene Brown puts it.
You don’t have to be perfect to start loving your body and building your esteem.
So here’s a great exercise from Dr. Christiane Northrup; stand in front of a mirror twice a day for 30 days, look deeply into your own eyes and say out loud, “I accept myself unconditionally right now.” Spend some time admiring yourself in the mirror.
If you want to take it up a notch and into the spiritual realm this is the prayer that I use every day in front of the mirror. The I AM translated means- God within me is.
So stand tall, in your Godness, and look directly into your eyes and say.
